Privacy Policy

PulseDesk AI is designed to collect workplace feedback, not to monitor employees.

Information collected

• Company admins: Google account email, Firebase UID, company name, company code.
• Employees: workload rating, optional comment, anonymous preference, created timestamp.
• Suggestions: category and message.

Anonymous mode

When anonymous mode is enabled, the employee feedback page does not ask for employee login and does not store employee email in the Firestore feedback document.

Information not collected

• Screen activity.
• Keyboard input outside the feedback form.
• Mouse tracking.
• Browser history.

Customer responsibility

Company admins should inform employees how feedback will be used, who can access reports, and how long data will be retained.

Deletion requests

During MVP testing, deletion is handled manually by the PulseDesk AI owner through Firebase Console. Automated deletion tools can be added before paid production launch.
